Awareness campaign on women’s rights in NDC’s outputs to start Monday

SANA’A, Jan.09 (Saba)- The Coalition for Advocating Women's Rights Politically is to start next Monday an awareness campaign to publicize the outcomes of the national dialogue conference (NDC) concerning women.
A press release issued on Thursday by the Coalition and Saba received it explained that this campaign aims to introduce and raise awareness on women’s issues reached by the NDC with regard to the political, health and educational demands and rights of women as well as encouraging women to participate in the coming electoral process.
According to the press release, the campaign will start in Mahweet province and will include capital Sana’a and the provinces of Aden, Lahj, Sana’a, Taiz, Ibb, Hadramout, Hodiedah, and Dhamar, in order to expand the advocating base of women.
It is noteworthy that the coalition includes a group of partisan activists and independent women and women working in the government and private sectors.
